Located in Tanjung Duren and gifted with a small land, the client wants to make as many units as possible and also provide natural ventilation for each unit. it has a bulky mass because of the unit capacity so we decide to create an inner skylight that pierces through the rooftop to the ground floor to provide a natural light and ventilation for each unit. it also has a social space such as a sharing pantry, and a rooftop
