Description

A home for a family that prioritizes maintaining control over everything is one where the spaces are interconnected and allow for maximum contact. However, privacy is also an essential factor that cannot be overlooked within a residence. Therefore, the width of the land plot significantly influences spatial arrangement because the proximity of walls in private spaces can hinder contact between rooms. This challenge arises in this house planning, leading to the development of a conceptual approach that combines elements of glass, greenery, and water to achieve spatial continuity and maximize contact between rooms. The arrangement of void – solid – void spaces is introduced, derived from the relationship of parallel and perpendicular axes to the front road, followed by the use of glass as a material for stairs and several void positions continuing this relationship in terms of vertical building elevation.
