Located in the heart of Bali's capital, Denpasar, this project is about renovation of an old 24 rooms Niko Hotel into a new 38 units business hotel. The massing concept of this hotel consists of four major boxes that enclose whole layout with an inner courtyard and small pond that fill the landscape.
