Built in 2016, Tulus Office Space that located in the Central of Bandung City was built by combining the story behind the Magnitude of the name of Muhammad Tulus who’s well known as a Indonesian Singer - Songwriter from Bukittinggi Indonesia, and he’s often called as Tulus. In addition, Tulus also has a base as a Graduate Architect from one of famous Private University in Bandung named Bandung Parahyangan Catholic University. With a base as an Singer – Songwriter and Architect, which are very close to the philosophy and concept of space language. At Tulus Office Space which is a 100m2 of Management Office, it divided by 2 areas of Indoor and Outdoor which includes Meeting Room, Staff Room, Vertical Garden (Green Open Space) and also Merchandise Storage. Tulus Office Space was designed based on the background of a Sincere Singer – Songwriter and Architect which are very close with a concept of space philosophy and language as the main basis of Tulus Office Space’s design. The concept of Tulus Office Space itself is the Poetic Space which is taken from Tulus Blog’s various quotes, and it includes the uniqueness of a sincere Singer – Songwriter, and also collaborated with the existing materials condition in the building which later retouched and developed into a final design.
