Paulus Adi Budianto adalah arsitek lulusan Universitas Kristen Petra, Surabaya   Memulai karya profesionalnya pada tahun 1991, menjadikannya sebagai awal karir kerja dan mengantarnya pada PT. Tetra Hedra, Jakarta, pada tahun 1994   Di tahun yang sama, dipercaya oleh PT. Catu Maharajika, Surabaya, untuk menempati posisi Arsitek Perencana   Pada tahun 1995 atas partisipasinya dalam Sayembara Desain Rumah Citraland City Surabaya, mendapat penghargaan sebagai Juara III - Profesional   Setelah berpindah ke Semarang, pada tahun 1995 memulai karir pada PT. Rumpun Sehati, Semarang, dengan jabatan terakhir sebagai Chief Architect   Pada tahun 1999 menempati jabatan ganda pada Anak Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kontraktor, Blue Bleu, Semarang, dengan jabatan Manajer Operasional   Mulai tahun 2000, memulai karir independen sebagai Arsitek dan Kontraktor yang fokus pada perencanaan dan pembuatan Rumah Tinggal
